Three Services
The Work We Do
and How We Do It
Three focused services covering the most common and most involved watch repair needs. Each follows the same principle: open, assess, communicate, complete.

How Every Job Begins
Intake
We log the watch with owner details, a description of its condition, and the agreed service scope. Nothing is opened until intake is complete.
Assess
The case is opened and the movement or seals assessed. If the findings differ from what was expected, we contact you before proceeding.
Service
The agreed work is carried out — cell replaced, gaskets renewed, or calibre cleaned and lubricated — using appropriate tools and grade-specific lubricants.
Return
The watch is returned with a verbal or written summary depending on scope. For calibre work, a service note is included.
Service 01
Battery & Quartz Service
฿3,400
Replacement of the cell, gasket inspection, and a function check for quartz watches. We test the movement draw to confirm a healthy power reading before returning the piece. A straightforward visit, usually completed the same day, with a note on any wear we observe.
What is Included
- Cell removed and replaced with correct specification
- Crown and caseback gasket visually inspected
- Movement draw measured with reference meter
- Timekeeping confirmed over short run period
- Condition notes provided on any observed wear
Process
- Case opened and existing cell removed
- Contacts cleaned and new cell seated
- Movement draw tested for healthy current reading
- Case closed, running time confirmed
- Watch returned same day in most cases
Service 02
Water-Resistance Review
฿6,800
A pressure assessment of seals and gaskets for watches intended to handle splashes or swimming. We replace worn gaskets and re-seat the caseback, then confirm the rating where the case allows. Helpful before a holiday or rainy-season travel.
What is Included
- Dry-air pressure test to watch's stated bar rating
- Crown tube gasket and caseback O-ring replaced
- Caseback re-seated to correct torque
- Post-assembly re-test confirms seal integrity
- Case condition noted in handover report
Process
- Initial pressure test on the assembled watch
- Caseback opened, old gaskets removed
- New gaskets fitted and case reassembled
- Second pressure test confirms new seal holds
- Case condition documented and watch returned
Service 03
Chronograph Calibre Service
฿11,500

What is Included
- Full disassembly of base movement and chronograph layer
- Ultrasonic cleaning of all metal components
- Column wheel and coupling clutch inspected and adjusted
- Calibre-specific lubrication to all relevant points
- Each pusher and reset mechanism confirmed clean
- Timing machine rate check in multiple positions
- Written service summary returned with the watch
Process
- Movement removed and photographed before opening
- Full disassembly, components sorted and cleaned

Shared Standards
Protocols Across All Services
Case Protection Protocol
Bracelet and case are covered during movement work. No polishing or case modification is carried out without explicit request.
One Technician per Job
Responsibility for a watch is assigned to one person from intake to return. No mid-service handoffs.
Secure Storage
Watches left for multi-day work are tagged and stored securely on-site. Intake record includes owner contact and agreed scope.
Grade-Specific Lubricants
We stock the lubricant grades specified by the calibre manufacturer and use them at the correct application points.
No Surprise Costs
Any cost beyond the agreed scope is discussed and approved before it is incurred. You are in control of what is spent.
Honest Scope Assessment
If a watch requires work we cannot carry out properly, we say so. Manufacturer-specific parts or proprietary tooling requirements are explained at intake.
